A.No! Simply bring in your device during our business hours or call to create a mail-in repair.
Q?What we charge?
A.Our hourly rate is $75 + parts, but there is nothing to fear. We have a 4 hour labor cap on almost any repair and will give a quote before any repair work is started. If it turns out the repair is too costly, all you will have to pay is the diagnostic fee.
Q?What is a diagnostic fee?
A.We charge a $65 diagnostic fee only if the final quoted repair is declined. That means if it takes hours to discover the cause of your trouble or if more problems are found during the repair, all you’ll have to pay is the diagnostic fee. You will never have to worry about paying tons of money to find the repair is going to cost more than the device is worth, or worth to you.
Q?How long will it take?
A.Most repairs are completed in 2-4 business days depending on the number of repairs in the queue.
